About

Himalayan singing bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes in Tibet, India and Nepal. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies within the body, mind and spirit. Sounds from the himalayan singing bowls stimulate the brain to move into Theta wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and heightened intuition. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, producing deep relaxation and inhibiting the stress or pain response. This course is designed to teach you to work with the sound of the singing bowls professionally and be able to offer healing sessions with the use of sound and vibration. You will receive comprehensive course materials, theory teachings as well as plenty of hands on practice to feel confident in guiding your clients into deep relaxation with the use of sound and vibration. You will receive a certificate at the end of the course. This course requires no prerequisites other than the willingness and ability to follow easy-to-learn methods using singing bowls and other instruments. This course is designed both for people with experience using singing bowls as well as those who have never used a singing bowl before. After completion of the training program a graduate will have the skills to practice singing bowl sound therapy professionally.
