1 to 10 days retreat is suitable for anyone who wishes to experience the benefits of yoga and meditation but has a limited amount of time. Retreat days filled with yoga sessions, meditation classes and other wellness activities can bring much needed rejuvenation into our busy lives. Our aim is to have the participants leave our center feeling more supple, refreshed, with more clarity and energy and inspired to continue with a regular yoga practice in their daily lives.

Besides teaching traditional physical practice of yoga, we also explore other forms of yoga practice like Nada Yoga – healing sound, Bhakti Yoga – chanting mantras, Yoga Nidra – guided relaxation or yogic sleep, which all bring more inner understanding and depth to our daily practice.

You can start this 1 to 10 days retreat on any day of the week after 3pm, the next days being your retreat program and departure on the following morning. We do recommend confirming your reservation in advance as spaces are limited. Please send an email to booking@purnayogaretreat.com
